Charge 5 hourly activity not displayed on Today screen

The Fitbit app on my iphone no longer shows anything at hourly activity. The information is there if you open that section of the dashboard, but how do you see it without having to open the section?

Thanks for sharing these details and just to confirm, do you mean the Today screen doesn't show your Hourly Activity? If so, what is displayed instead? Or is the screen blank?

In the meantime, let's try the following steps:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync
  4. Check one more time if all your information, including the Hourly Activity is displayed correctly
