Fitbit Alta not syncing with ipad since yesterday morning. Alta page
on ipad looks different and Sync button vanished.

Hello @Lizfit72, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
This seems like a very odd situation, do you sync your Alta with another device or just exclusively with your iPad? Have you updated the Fitbit app and the OS on your iPad lately? Have you restarted your iPad recently? If so, I would like to suggest the following:
- Restart your Alta
- Restart your iPad (if you haven't done it yet)
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your iPad for 15 seconds, then turn it back on
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.
Please remember that your tracker will start syncing once you open the Fitbit app but you can also start the sync by dragging down and releasing the screen when you're in the Dashboard or by going to Account > Alta > Sync Now. If you're not able to see the Sync Now option, please take a screenshot of what you're able to see in the app and reply to me with it so I can check this further.

All a bit of a mystery but every thing has now returned to normal.
Prior to that I had turned off both blue tooth and my ipad for several hours..
