Ever since I updated to the latest iOS 11.4.1, my Fitbit app keeps asking me to log in and crashes when I try. Even if I’m able to log in, it crashes within a few seconds and the process has to be repeated.

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, have you tried to restart your phone lately? If so, I would like to ask you to uninstall the Fitbit app, restart your phone (once again), then reinstall it and try to log in again. If the app keeps crashing, please reply to me so I can check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
