Fitbit App crashes on cardio fitness score

Hi I’ve had the same problem for months now, when I click to expand my cardio fitness score I’m just kicked out of the app. This happened with my charge 2 and new sense. I’ve deleted, logged out, turned my phone on and off loads of times but it’s still the same. How can this be fixed? Both phone and app are up to date.

@Forbesa so i haven't tried expandng that particular visual for a while, so went and tried it. The thing is it never expands (size remains the same), but instead i get a pop up floating message at the bottom of the screen saying "Wear your Fitbit tracker with HR enabled and log exercise with VO2 Max." So, you are not missing any information, and it seems like the popup itself causes your app to crash. You can go to Settings on your phone to the Fitbit app Notifications and make sure all notification types are enabled. Perhaps this will resolve the issue.

@Forbesa Is your mobile device compatible with the Fitbit App? Sometimes compatibility issues may arise. Can you confirm the model of your phone and version of the operating system?

notifications are all allowed I just checked.

I’ve an iPhone 11, version 14.3. It says no updates available for phone or the app.

I just solved the issue! My weight was missing in my profile as soon as I added something the cardio fitness graph started working again! Thanks for your help everyone
