My Fitbit App on my iPad and iPhone will not update. The last update was March 5. It says "This item is no longer available." The app is still syncing my Fitbit though. What up with this?

Please Uninstall the app from your phone and re-install it from the App Store.
this happens when too many crucial updates are missed.
Hope this helps.

A warm welcome to the Community @NancyH123 and @kawaiiko thanks for the input.
I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app
Now about your update issue, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Can you tell me which version of iOS your devices have? You just need to go to settings, then to about and there you will see this information. Keep in mind that you need an iOS 10+.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi,
I am having the same problem with the FitBit App being the old one.
I just deleted the App and re-installed it.
However, I have the same old version on my phone.
Is there a difference between deleting and uninstalling an app on an iPhone ?
Thanks,
Adrian

I found that I needed to close all of the apps before the Fitbit App would sync.
