Fitbit App locking up at login

I was having problems with the app not syncing this morning so i did the usual.

1. Restarted the app - No Change

2. Killed the app, rebooted my phone - no Change 

3. Un-installed the app - App locks up during login. will not let me log in. no error message after 30 minutes of waiting for logon. 

4. killed the app and tried to log in again, - no change same behavior after 15 minutes of waiting for logon.

4. un-installed the app, rebooted phone, re-installed the app  - still locked up and no change. 

 

Now I cannot log in or anything with the app. 

I have the latest version of IOS: 10.2 on Iphone 7+

I have the latest version of the app: 2.31

 

I also confirmed that I can logon to my account using a webbrowser. So the problem is specific to the app on my phone.

Hello @m2140, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.

 

Have you tried to restart your password and log in afterwards with the new one? If after restarting your password, you're still unable to log in, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be happy to get you back on track.
