I have an older Mac Book Pro. Why can I not download the Fitbit APP?

Hello there @LindaMW! Glad to have you on the Forums.

 

The Fitbit app is only supported for iPhone and iPad models. On the laptop models, you can download the Fitbit Connect software from our own website. The Fitbit Connect software should let you sync your trakcer to your account. Then, you can check your information by accessing your account on Fitbit.com.
