I cannot get my FitBit Charge 4 to re-sync to my iPhone.
I have:
Fully charged my FitBit
Reset my FitBit
Cleared date on my FitBit
Turned Bluetooth off then back on my iPhone
Deleted FitBit app on my iPhone then reinstalled
After all that, when I try to add new device in my FitBit app, the Charge 4 is not recognizable. It's as if it isn't powered on yet it is.

I have also had significant issues with syncing my Charge 4. I have had it for less than a month. Not impressed at all. My Altra HR was MUCH better but I forgot to take it off while swimming.
I too have taken all the recommended corrective action steps to no avail.
Love the sleep tracking & silent alarms fitbits offer but I, like others, am thinking about returning my Charge 4.
SOOO disappointed!!
If someone has a solution that actually works I’d love to hear it!!

I have done the same and it will not sync back up, did you resolve the issue

My Fitbit will not sync I tried every step. Now it will not connect back to the app. I have updated everything. Running on iOS 13.7.
it will not find the tracker now that I’m trying to reinstall it. Won’t sync pair nothing!!

I started having this problem yesterday. I think that it is something that Fitbit has changed. Also I recently updated the app I had fewer problems before I updated. I hope they solve the problem soon.

Hi, thank you for confirming that you're experiencing the same inconvenience with your Charge 4, @linedance.
Could you please provide a few more details about the problem that you're experiencing during the syncing process so we can verify this information?
In the meantime, and before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here previously?

David I have tried all the steps you sent to @Keebler911, " listed here to resolve syncing problems (or these steps for any inconvenience during set up)?" to resolve my problem on my iPhone, Ipad and my Dell laptop OS windows 11 Home and I installed the Sync for Fitbit app form the Microsoft store
on my Dell Laptop, Fitbit charge 4 shows connected but it still does not sync
I am on version 21H2 of Windows 11 home and both my Iphone and Ipad are the latest IOS 16.0.3 version . I have never had a problem like this with a Fitbit before. One thing to say don't buy the Fitbit Charge 4 until Fitbit has resolved these problems. I am going to try and return the device and get another Fitbit Charge 2 never had a problem like this before with a Fitbit product, this is a extremely a big disappointment to me.
