I just recently got a new Iphone and realized that my Fitbit was not actually updating my data from my fitbit. The new phone has the phone hooked to track steps, but I don't carry my phone around. My Fitbit has way more steps then my phone is saying. I disconnected fitbit and tried to reconnect, but it isn't working. I can't get it to connect. Phone can find the fitbit, but then it never connects. It then says something went wrong. Anyway I have restarted the fitbit, deleted the app and reinstalled the app and still same problem. Is the new Iphone not compatible with the Fitbit Charge 5?
