Have tried re-starting the watch whilst connected to the charger, removing an reinstating the bloothtooth connection, deleting and reinstalling the app.... but steps and logged exercise, heart rate, sleep data, etc, not showing on the phone App (Mac). Have also erased all data on the tracker. Charging seems to be working ok.
FitBits are so great..... when they work! When they fail, it's a nightmare to get things working again....

Hi, @Pineapple27 , welcome to the community, I'm going to move your post to the iOS app board as I suspect your problem is with your app and I have no experience with iOS devices. I'm confident other community members who use Apple devices will be happy to offer assistance.
Cheers

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Pineapple27. I'll be glad to assist with your syncing query. Thank you for mentioning all the steps you have followed in order to correct this.
I understand how frustrating this could be and please confirm that you have checked the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? What does your phone show?
Thanks for your assistance @Gr4ndp4.

Hi Andrea
Thanks for responding.
I think (fingers crossed) the problem is resolved. I’ll be able to tell tomorrow!
