Fitbit Charge won't connect to iPhone

So, I have followed all the suggestions on this forum. I have restarted the app, Bluetooth, my phone, AND even my Fitbit, with no success in connecting to my iPhone 6. It worked fine up until the battery died and I plugged it in overnight to recharge, now it will not connect. Please, help?!

A warm welcome to our new friend @Chelseaanne! Hope you're doing great! Smiley WinkI'd suggest you set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.

Hope this helps, let me know how it goes! Woman Very Happy

I would suggest first to try another charger! Than by what you say, "It had been taking a really long time to charge lately, but once it's charged, the battery seems to hold it just fine.", the battery seems not to be responsible for this situation! I would suggest to take it at a service point since it is out of warranty. If it really has problems with charging circuits (which are docked to the board) you can't do much on your own.

  1. Remove the dongle from your PC if connected (so it isn't competing for control)
  2. Unpair your tracker from your iPhone bluetooth list by selecting "forget device" (touching circled red i)
  3. Uninstall/delete Fitbit APP from your iPhone by touch/hold icons until they shake, then X
  4. Reset the ChargeHR by plugging in charging cable and holding button for 12 seconds until you see the FitBIT icon and version, then unplug.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit APP on the iPhone fromhere.
  6. Now, launch and add your ChargeHRas a new device in the Fitbit APP.
  7. You should get a request for a 4 digit code on your tracker to type into your iPhone for bluetooth pairing.
  8. It should re-pair and sync with your iPhone.
  9. No previous data will be lost.
