My Fitbit temporarily ran out of battery and so I went to charge and sync it. The Fitbit displayed the wrong time and would not sync, it just said "looking". I logged out of the app, deleted it, restarted my phone, and even attempted to sync the Fitbit on another phone. I also restarted the Fitbit by plugging it into the computer and held down the button for 10-12 seconds until that "V110" showed up. I also removed the Fitbit Charge from my account, so it would require me to set up the device all over again (like a new device). Nothing has worked, and my Fitbit is still displaying the wrong time and will not sync with my phone or any others. I even tried going into the settings in my phone > bluetooth > selected my Charge and still nothing. If anyone can help or provide any info please do! It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Wow! Excellent work around! Sorry your Charge is not connecting back. I'd suggest multiple restarts ont he Charge and then try these syncing steps following that order to reconnect them:
Another workaround might be via Wireless Dongle using a computer using Fitbit Connect. Since you mentioned computer but there is two ways using a PC.
keep me posted! ![]()
