Fitbit Died

I have been trying to get my screen to show up. Today it just stays black. I have it synced to my iPhone 8, I have charged the Fitbit & phone side by side, I have restarted the fitbit. Nothing. I think I am done with it. Might have to get an Apple Watch instead. At least it will work ;(

I see you’re having trouble with your Fitbit tracker. It appears that your Fitbit is working at some level as you were able to sync your data to the Fitbit App. That’s great you were able to sync your progress. I do see that you tried restarting your Fitbit tracker. Sometimes you need to try and restart the tracker several times. Please try restarting several times to see if this resolves your blank display issue.

Hi
I have been playing with my Fitbit since last night. It is on the charger
unless I start moving around (I need my step count). It is at the point
where it does nothing when I try to reset it.
Any chance for a new one?

I’m sorry to see your still having issues. As far as a replacement it would have to be within the boundaries of your warranty of your Fitbit Tracker. Hi. I have been doing what you advised over the past few days. Screen is still dark but it is synced to my phone. I miss being able to tell what time it is!

Hello again @PatrishD 

I’m happy to know your Fitbit Tracker is still collecting your activity to your Fitbit App. As far as the dark display I’m only able to suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service as I mentioned in my previous post since repeated restarting has not resolved the issue.
