Fitbit Flex 2 Asked for Update, Now Not Syncing at All

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On my app, I was asked to do an update.  Once I tried, my Fitbit Flex 2 could not be found and everything stopped being recorded.  I have tried the update multiple times and my iPhone and Flex 2 no longer sync through bluetooth.  I have tried restarting everything and nothing works.

Hello @FargoUser, welcome aboard the Community! Smiley Happy

If the update is not finishing on tracker I would like to suggest going to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if Flex 2 is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, restart your phone and open the Fitbit app so the update can finish.

In case the update does not continue, try forcing it by setting your tracker up as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
