Fitbit Flex STOPPED SYNCING 2 days ago!!!

My Fitbit flex has stopped syncing. He last sync was 2 days ago. I've tried initiating a sync restarting my phone- turning off Bluetooth and turning it back on and reopening the app.
What gives?? It was running fine until I did the last app update.
Please fix this ASAP. I don't like not being able to track my steps properly.

Having tried restarting your phone without success, I would suggest restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work first time.

It surprisingly worked on the first try THANK YOU!!!! 😃😁😁😁 so happy it's back to tracking again and t kept a my steps etc from the past two days too 😃
