Fitbit Flex not receiving trophies

I have completed the goal day challenge a few times but I do not get the trophy on my profile. Does it make a difference depending what Fitbit you have?

Hey hey hey @Kath-c welcome to our Community! Hope you're doing great! Cat HappyPlease know that this is an issue our engineering team is working to find a solution as fast as they can. Answering your question, don't worry, it shouldn't make a difference if you have a different Fitbit tracker.

Any updated yet as to when this will be fixed. I have missed out on personal best trophies 5 times in the last 2 weeks now.
