Yesterday afternoon my Fitbit Flex mysteriously turned off, as if it ran out of batteries. This was odd as I had fully charged it that morning. I didn't notice the issue until I got home and tried to "sync" it. My app kept showing that it was "looking" for my Fitbit, but never located it. I plugged it into the charger and got it charged up again, but it still wouldn't sync. I googled fixes and one of the suggestions was to delete the app and re download. Now the iTunes Store says I "can't download the Fitbit app at this time". I've reset my iPhone 6. I've updated to the latest version of iOS. But still can't download the app.
Help!!

Oh, and I also didn't get any notifications that the battery was draining. 😕

Mine won't sync either after I updated to the latest version.
