Fitbit GPS distance is 20 percent inaccurate

Google Earth distance and my car odometer measure my run route as 4.2 miles, but Fitbit measures my run route as 5.0 miles,

Therefore, Firbit  running pace makes you think you are running faster than you really are !

Check your stride length setting. Although not perfect, my Charge 5 seems fairly accurate.
