The gallery will not open in the iPhone app. I did turn vpn off.
I used to have a sense, and it stopped working on that too.
now that I have a sense 2, I want to get some click faces and apps that I used to have.

@Forrest1210 It's nice to see you around.

You're welcome, and thanks for trying the steps suggested above. In this case, let's try these other steps:

  1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap Devices at the upper left corner.
  5. Tap Add more devices.
  6. Choose your watch, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  7. Try going to the Gallery one more time.

Hi @Forrest1210. A warm welcome to the forums.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and trying some steps prior to posting. To work on this together, may I know if you get an error message? Or does the screen goes white without showing you any option?

I'd recommend trying these steps to see how everything goes afterward:

  1. Turn off the WiFi and mobile data from your phone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on either WiFi or your mobile data.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Try going to the Gallery one more time to see if it works.

As a side note, please take in mind that the amount of apps available on Sense 2 differs from the ones on Sense.

Thanks for your answer.
I tried your steps, but still get only a white screen instead of the
gallery. Don’t get far enough for any error messages.
Anything else?
