I purchased a Fitbit Charge 6 at the end of January 25 after my previous Fitbit 4 stopped working. When the new Fitbit arrived it would not charge and after numerous calls it was agreed it would be returned (without the strap and charger).A new watch was sent but the original strap kept falling off. More wasted time telephoning - a new strap arrived a couple of days later which was not the same as the one I ordered with the watch. More telephone calls and a further water strap was sent - again totally the wrong strap. When I asked about the complaints procedure I was told they didn`t have one but they would "escalate" my complaint - the "escalation" was a referral to this site!! Asked for a refund under the Sale of Goods Act and was told this wasn`t possible! I find the whole situation unsatisfactory and unacceptable and wouldn`t recommend buying from Google and won`t be doing so again myself!

Agreed! Since the takeover, Google has made Fitbit into nothing but a huge hassle.
