Hi

My Fitbit Versa was updated today to version 4.23 and now the watch will not charge. It just keeps flashing a message saying “not enough power detected from this source” I seen on some older posts a similar thing happened in the past and it seemed to be concluded it was a result of a firmware update.

please can someone look in to this? I’ve had zero issues with charging the watch for the past 2 years but maybe it’s a coincidence? Please let me know before I purchase a new charger cable.
