I’ve sought help through the chat support, I’ve called and spoken to reps and have done everything they’ve asked, I’m thinking it could be an app issue since my tracker keeps the correct steps until it syncs and adds all these extra steps to my tracker from the app and has been happening every day since the update put out on the 4th...my Fitbit had been fine until that update. Frustrated! Please fix this
