I have a similar issue when my app update. It’s just the blank loading screen that says Fitbit at the top. I still have the time and battery stuff showing though. It’s done this once before to me and it took hours to load.

I’ve found that since updating, the app is not fully syncing from my fitness pal. Anyone else had that? Lunch and breakfast are fine but dinner is invisible apparently!!

My Charge is working well, but the app on my iPhone is just showing a blank scree, apart from the word Fitbit at the top. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Hi Marco, I have the same problem. I use an iPhone 8 with ios 14.01
I downloaded today the latest Fitbit sw release from app store (3.31.1) and when I open the app I just see a blank screen, with fitbit logo on top. I tried everything, no way

I'm seeing the same thing today as well, since last night. Repeatedly tried restarting the app, rebooting my iPhone, cycling WiFi as suggested above, and still a blank screen. I'm still getting notifications though. I can log in to my account on my husband's phone and the app comes up, but it won't sync with my tracker. I'm using iPhone X iOS 14.0.1

Hi, @davidmatty welcome to the community, May I suggest you restart your phone if possible sync first. If that fails try - Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
This provides detailed steps for troubleshooting.
I hope this is helpful.
Cheers

Got the same problem, it’s not to do with syncing. The app isn’t working. Just a blank screen with Fitbit on the top
