Fitbit app Dashboard not showing prior days' data (iOS & Android)

Hi. I am a newbie with Fitbit having owned my Charge 3 for only a week. I have noticed today on my Fitbit apps (both iOS and Android) that the dashboard info stays unchanged on today's data when I click back to see prior days' info. The only items that change are effectively the items shown at the top: 1) number of steps, 2) number of floors, 3) distance, 4) calories, and 5) number of exercise minutes. I could have sworn that information below these items used to show the corresponding days' info. For example, Sleep tile detail would change according to the day I select. Rather than showing info corresponding to last night's sleep, it would show the data corresponding to the date selected. The info is shown correctly via Fitbit Dashboard when viewed on a browser. Why is this not the same on the apps?

Hi, @NYinCH! Unfortunately, what you're seeing is the expected behavior. Only the main tile updates. To see previous day's sleep, etc, you need to actually click on the tile and look through the information within there.

Thank you very much @MakMak for responding. Would be so useful to see correct corresponding data. Sigh.....

@MakMak I have seen this working until last week. This stopped working after a database upgrade last week. I do not think it is convincing that the app feature stopped working like it was before and now it has become the feature.

Thanks,

Vinu

Hello @vinu-ionic, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that this changed was made a long time ago, when the Dashboard changed from bars to tiles. This has been the normal behavior of the app for a long time. The main purpose of this change is that you can tap on each individual tile and compare several days of information at the same time. Each tile also contains a graph that will help you monitor your progress and compare data.

Thanks for your understanding, I hope this ease your concerns. Have a great day.
