Fitbit app and app stuck downloading a clock face.

Hello, I tried downloading a new clock face but then there was an error, so I chose another one. After that none of the clock faces would download and would be stuck downloading until there was text that said there was an error and to choose another clock face, which again would be stuck. I’ve already tried using hotspot, restarting the Fitbit, logging out, and shutting down.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far in order to try to resolve this issue. At this moment I would like to ask you for a screenshot of what you're able to see in the app when you're trying to download a new clockface, this will be very helpful for us to check this further and determine what we should do next.

It is okay, I have solved the issue by using a different device to install a clock face.
