I forgot my watch today and my phone battery went down super fast. I checked the battery usage and Fitbit was super high. I offloaded the app and things went back to normal. Is there a setting to change to help avoid offloading my app when my Fitbit isn’t near by.

If I left my tracker home I would enable Mobile Track in the Fitbit app.
Sorry @Vreeze your asking about one of the Fitbit apps not the Versa hardware. Which if the three types of phone operating systems does your phone use?

Hello @Vreeze, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @Rich_Laue, thanks for all your help. ![]()
@Vreeze, I appreciate you have taken the time to report this situation to us. Tell me, have you updated the Fitbit app recently? Did you experience this issue only one time or is it recurrent? If it was a one time only, I would like to suggest you the following:
Now, as @Rich_Laue suggested, you can set up MobileTrack in the Fitbit app so the sensors on your phone can track your activity instead of your watch when you leave it at home.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
