Dear Fitbit users,

Can anyone help me out? I have an iPhone 13 and the Fitbit Sense 2 installed on my phone. Unfortunately I cannot download any app on my Fitbit, as the application of Fitbit in my phone repeatly keeps crashing after I am on the app for a couple of seconds. Does anyone else has this problem?

By the way, I already deleted an re-installed the application but without success. Also shutting down and restarting my iPhone with the latest update does not resolve the problem.
