After the last few days of app failure on my iPhone, it's back working again but everything is not well. My recording of 250+ steps per hour is not working. It throws me out of the app when pressed...?
Also, the app used to record in real time the total number of steps and km's in addition to individually on the front screen. It doesn't do this now?
Has anyone else noticed this?

Wow.
THIS is a "best answer"?
"this issue has been resolved..."
No, it hasn't. The product is useless without the app, and the app, with the latest iOS and latest app version, constantly crashes.
Restart the app? Nope.
Restart the phone? Nope.
Reinstall the app? Nope.
Check the App Store reviews, where you'll see the occasionally "Developer Response" to recent crash complaints be answered with complete non sequitors that seem like they are answering another, totally different question, and offer zero help. Sort of like this place.
Dumping this thing for an Apple Watch.
Oh, and by the way, those last two suggestions SHOULD NEVER be considered an adequate response from "customer service" (there really isn't a customer service function with this company, it seems).

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and the steps tried on your own. While I'm glad the Fitbit app is working for some of you, I'm sorry this isn't the case for all of you. Our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app and because this is a progressive roll out, please make sure to install it as soon as you see it available on the App Store.
If after doing the update the Fitbit app keeps crashing when checking your Hourly Activity, please confirm the model and OS version of your phone so I can investigate on my end.
Every time I press on the Hourly Activity tile, the Fitbit app on my iPhone 12 crashes. Both my iPhone and Fitbit app have the latest updates. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, unpairing my Fitbit (charge 4) and repairing it, turning Bluetooth on & off and nothing has worked. The hours are syncing and showing up on both my Fitbit and the app, but I cannot go into the tile to view the details and breakdown of my hourly activity for the day. I don’t know what else there is I can even try to fix this issue?!
@jlhughes1 - glad you figured out what version you have. App version 3.77 is rolling out over the next few days. Should be available to everyone by March 14.

Best AnswerMy charge 5, app, and phone are all updated to latest versions. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have restarted my phone. But still when I open the app on my phone and click on the 250+ steps per hour bar, the app crashes and returns to the phone home page. All the other bars work properly. I had similar issues last week and thought all the updates would fix the problem, My Charge 5 is still new and I don’t want to switch to Applewatch, but I am becoming frustrated with the spotty functionality of the Fitbit app. Help!

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for getting back with the requested information, and your efforts while working on this. While I understand some of you're still experiencing this issue even after updating the Fitbit app to 3.77, could you please confirm if this is still the case? Did you try rebooting your phone after the update? These details will help me to further investigate.
