Hi. I have an iPhone 11. It is up to dare with latest system upgrade & Fitbit app is updated as well. I took the first 2 months of free premium, signed up to do a 3 week core & glutes strengthening, 3x’s/wk, coached class. When I go to the class & I get to the last second where it says ”start session” I click on “start session” & bam! Fitbit app suddenly closes & I am back @ my iPhone home screen.
I tried it with other guided programs, too, hoping to ensure it’s not just this particular category.
help, please! Hope you & your loved ones are healthy & strong😉. Thanks in advance.

I appreciate all the detailed information shared and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I'd like you to log out from the app, force quit it and try again.
If you're still experiencing this after troubleshooting it, you may want to clear the Fitbit app's cache.
