Fitbit app difficulties

Fitbit app is the worst app on my phone. This app does not track correctly won’t sync correctly. I use the mindfulness stress reliever I used two minutes the app says it was three minutes and my heart rate did not change. It doesn’t track the steps correctly it doesn’t track stairs correctly and it’s just the worst app on my phone

Thank you for replying to my form questions but my Fitbit is up-to-date and updates and another problem I have with it is it asked me three times a day to sync my app with my phone and the app does not appear to be OK with it it sinks but then an hour later it asked me to do the same thing again and it asked me several times a day the updates don’t fix it so thanks anyway I’m sure y’all get there I love my Fitbit but the app is aggravating but so is life thanks again for replying appreciate your time
