If I start an exercise and accidentally swipe the tile away on my phone the Ap on my iphone 11 freezes.
I have to offload the Ap and re-load to unfreeze.
Ive asked the help line but they were jolly useless any ideas ?

Hi @mikegittus, it's good to see you here in the forums.
Thanks for the steps tried prior to posting and I'm sorry for the experience that you've had with our Support team. Do you recall since when this started to happen? Do you have the Fitbit app and your iPhone OS version updated? By starting an exercise, do you refer to the Mobile Run option that allows you to capture GPS data?
While you mentioned to have reloaded the Fitbit app, I'd suggest you to log out from your account, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app, log back in and try tracking your exercise one more time.
By the way, I've moved your post to the iOS App board so we can keep our forums organized.

Thank you. My IPhone 11 is running the most recent iOS system and the
fitbit ap is also the most recent.
I have done as you suggest in the past. This problem made only appeared
since I purchased my latest fitbit Charge 4.
Just to remind what the issue is.
>From my IPhone I touch the + sign next to the exercise feature to track my
walk. If at the end of my walk I end it from my IPhone everything is fine.
However if at the end of my walk if I don’t end the walk but close the
application when I reopen the app all the tiles have frozen. The only way
to unfreeze the tiles is to delete and then re-install the application.
Regards da

Hi @mikegittus, I hope you're doing well.
Thanks for getting back with the requested information, as well for trying the suggestions from my post. Let me share that our team is aware of this situation experienced with the Fitbit app. While it may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future, I'll keep them informed of the impact to you so they can work on this. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and my best suggestion is to use your Charge 4 to track and sync your workouts. If you want to know more about how to track your exercises and capture GPS data, see this help article.
