I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.
Now regarding the problem you are having with the app, have you checked if it is updated? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I update the app to the latest version? and follow the instructions provided there.
