Welcome to the Community Forums @Llabi

Thanks for the detailed information shared. I understand how you are feeling and I recommend doing the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
  4. If you are having trouble to set up your tracker, please see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Thanks @CindyMFitbit

I trully appreciate Fitbit Charge4 as it helps to keep me moving 🙂

To fully utilize your product I do have another quetions.

I´d like to track Elevation Gain - it is visible in Webview, however in Fitbit app it only sometimes pop up for cycling and almost never for walking and running.

Could you help me to set up Fitbit app in a way to display Elevation Gain?

Many thanks in advance.

You are welcome @Llabi

It's great to hear that your Charge 4 has helped you to stay active. Please note that the elevation gain is automatically registered by the Fitbit device, which means that we don't have the option to manually set it up and as you have mentioned this is visible only on fitbit.com dashboard, but our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome.

For testing purposes I suggest restarting your Charge 4, so you can refresh the internal settings on it. For instructions see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

See you around.
