Fitbit app is not updating data

As of yesterday my App on my iPhone started goofing up!  It's not showing my steps each hour and it's not giving me my active minutes and it's not registering my sleep or my heart rate.  Does anyone know what has happened and how to fix it?

Welcome to the Community Forums @leslye

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your Fitbit 
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
