Fitbit app is showing only the title and nothing else

I open my iPad and try to sync my Fitbit charge 2. I get on the app of Fitbit and the only thing I see is the title for like 10 minutes. In my frustration, I double click the home button and swipe away the Fitbit app. I try again 5 times and the same thing happens again and again. I'm not really understanding this so I delete Fitbit and reinstall it. But the white screen with only the title appears and continues. Does anyone else have this issue? Please fix this.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Alex32yeet.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with the Fitbit app. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I understand that this can be very frustrating and I am here to help. I would like to advise that this issue was reported yesterday, but it is now resolved. The Fitbit app should now be up and running normally.

If you continue experiencing difficulties, please force quit the app, check if it is updated to the latest version, restart your iPad and try to log in again.

If you experience any difficulties with syncing, please find the troubleshooting instructions here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
