Hi, my Fitbit Versa says I’ve done 13,902 steps today but the Fitbit app is stuck on 3049. The app says that my Versa is synced to it and updated, but the info doesn’t change. I’ve switched my phone off and put it back on again but it’s still showing incorrect info. What’s going on?

Mine is doing the same thing. It’s happening today. It also happened last Monday. I tried turning off my phone and re syncing and it didn’t work.

I just want to let you know that I have moved your post from the Versa board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.
Also, I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue.I recommend verifying that your watches are properly syncing to your phones. For more instructions, check the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. If they are syncing properly, provide me with some photos of this issue by following the steps in this post.

My Fitbit app is doing the same thing I have 11,503 steps but app is only showing 5000
