Is anyone else having trouble with their fit bit not registeringtheir information on their fit but phone App? It was working and just stopped.

Mine stopped showing anything on my app! Never had any trouble before forced to got to Google! Only had this for a month!

Please, check this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If it is related to a difficulty with the Fitbit app, try to perform the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
