Woke up this morning and went to look at my sleep to find that my step (including hourly steps) sleep and heart rate icons are missing from my dashboard. I have a charge 2 and the app was working fine yesterday. I can’t add these icons back from the discover page. It just says “requires fitbit device” or something like it at the top. The icons they are not visible when I try to edit the dashboard so I can’t add them back that way. I have tried logging out and back in to the app and re-synching my fitbit multiple times.
My iphone is up to date on the current IOS and there is not update in the app store for fitbit. I can still see my steps and heart rate on my watch face and the fitbit itself seems to be working fine

Thank you for the follow up. Everything is back to normal. As even the historic data automagically reappeared (even surviving a reinstall) I assume the problem was server side.

Yes. Everything just started working. I didn’t have to do anything to fix it.

Hello @RaquelC67, welcome to the Community forums. I'm sorry for the late response.
I noticed there's an update for the Fitbit app that was just released yesterday , please make sure that you have the most recent version installed. If you haven't received it yet, you should be receiving shortly. Please stay tuned!
Also, make sure that you've tried to try logging out from the app, then restart your phone and log back in to check if your information is correct.
Keep me posted.

My iPhone Fitbit app no longer displays steps. I have logged out, switched off the phone etc.but nothing appears to work. I can’t add the icon back from the discover page either - it just says “requires fitbit device” or something like that. The only item showing on my dashboard is “calories”
Can anyone from Fitbit provide a solution? This is very frustrating!

Hi Davide,
I’ve followed your instructions of logging out of the Fitbit app, restarting my phone & logging back into the Fitbit app & am still having no luck.
when I first logged back in the steps & heart rate icons reappeared but then disappeared straight away. When I search the icons it
says I’ve added.
on a seperate note, since first receiving my Fitbit charge 3, the weather is never available. It always says “please try syncing with phone”. Are you also please able to help me with that?
Thanks,
Bec
