Unfortunately your fitbit's memory only holds 7 days of detailed data so you will have lost some data by now (it does have memory for 30 days of summary data so you won't have lost everything).
Having restarted your iPod without any luck I would suggest restarting your fitbit as the next step. Here's how:

Note that this doesn't always work first time so give it a few tries.

Hi @Kimmer80, I'd recommend the following:
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
@Cherrybaby01 I would recommend steps 1 through 3 mentioned above and then I would recommend re-pairing your tracker using the "Replacing a tracker..." instructions mentioned here.
