on IOS 12.3.1 , Fitbit app is not working on Cellular Data., Show no internet Connection , when its Connect to LTE network

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > General > Restrictions > Cellular/ Mobile Data Use. Make sure "Allow Changes" is enabled.
After that, go back to Settings > General > Cellular/Mobile Data and make sure Fitbit is enabled here. If it's not, enable it and restart your phone. Go back to the Fitbit app and swipe down to refresh.
Give this a try and in case you need anything else, please feel free to reply.
