Since the update recently, the app opens to a completely blank white page on both iPad and iPhone. How hard can it be to get a totally & correctly working app?
in addition: I’ve complained bitterly on this forum about naming exercise types for several months. Auto-recognise puts up utterly bizarre exercises, not even remotely similar to what I’ve been doing. And for a long time and still remains so, no way of changing them.
I repeat, how hard can it be?

Hi @mx5ok - unfortunately there are shortcomings that were introduced with this new version since it was released in September 2023. A lot of people are not happy with it.
In your case logout of the Fitbit app on both devices and turn off Bluetooth on the iPad ore any other devices. Swipe off the active Fitbit window and restart the phone.
You will need only one device and one watch active, then login again.
