Fitbit app showing "No Sim" message

Phone says 'no sim' on Fitbit app.  Phone works fine otherwise, connected to internet and bluetooth.  What can I do????

Thank you for your suggestion to turn off, then on. That got rid of the
'no sims' message, but was not syncing. I fooled around with the phone
settings and finally got it to sync. Thank you again for your help!!

If what’s causing your SIM card error is a software issue, sometimes a simple restart of your phone is all it takes to fix the problem. Just try restarting your phone to see if that resolved the issue. You can try turning your phone off for 1-2 mins then turn it back on as well.
