Fitbit app shows active minutes instead of active zone minutes

I switched from a versa to versa 2 and noticed that within the app active zone minutes now just show as active minutes. I still get the breakdown of each zone after finishing an exercise and my watch itself shows how many minutes spent in each zone but just wondered if within the app itself this feature was changed? Many thanks!

Hi there @jenna44

Thanks for the details shared on your post. Please note that all Fitbit Versa series detect and show active zone minutes, but by any reason the Fitbit app is showing just active minutes, I'd recommend trying the following:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Update the Fitbit app, a new version was released a few days ago. For instructions see How do I use the Fitbit app?
  3. Open the Fitbit and force sync your Versa 2. Press and hold on the screen and pull down.

If after this, you continue getting active minutes instead of active zone minutes, please attach an screenshot, you can find the instructions on this thread to attach the picture.

Catch you later.

@jenna44   The answer offered by @CindyMFitbit is incorrect.  You cross posted this question.  The answer I gave you in the Other Versa Smartwatch forum is the correct answer.
