My app says my resting heart rate is 0 bpm but shows my current heart rate accurately. My actual fitbit watch has the real resting heart rate. I tried deleting the app and a resetting it but nothing changed. What can I do to fix this? I'm alive so I know my heart rate isn't 0 bpm.

I did that and it didn’t work either :(. And I worked out again today and my heart rate monitor cut out. I think my Fitbit is defective. Thanks for the advice though

Hi. This seems to be a recent Fitbit problem as I’ve woken up and mine is doing the same (showing zero on the app but it is still tracking).

Hi everyone. It's great to see you participating in the Community Forums.
Thanks for replying back with the requested information, as well for your efforts while troubleshooting this situation. Because your resting heart rate should be displayed correctly in the Fitbit app, I've gone ahead and escalated this matter to our team so they can further investigate and bring a solution as soon as possible. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and I'll update this thread once I have more details.
By the way, I've moved some of your posts to this new thread so we can keep our forums organized and on-topic.
I'll be around if you have more questions.
