The Fitbit app time zone never syncs. Ever with my device. I’ve had multiple charge devices and every single fricken time, I’ve had to manually adjust the time zone on multiple Fitbit devices for years. You would think they would fix this after a few months- but it’s been years and this never works.

Hi @WilliamCO. Welcome back to the forums.
I'm sorry you've gone through this experience and I appreciate your feedback. Our team constantly works on our devices and services to improve them, and the comments shared in the forums are a big part of the process. To look into this, may I know the model of your phone? Is the automatic option for the time zone enabled? Also, is the time of your phone correct?
I understand this has been an ongoing issue, but please give a try to the following steps:
- Remove your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- On the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Time Zone.
- Select an incorrect time zone, tap Today at the bottom and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- Go back to Time Zone, select a correct time zone and sync one more time.
Hope this helps.
