Fitbit blaze problems

Sooooo.....
My Fitbit blaze steps are accurate on the dash board but in challenges it's heaps lower. For example at the moment I have done 17000+ steps it's coming up as under 4000 steps. I don't do anything manual and I have the latest up date. Which is another question my Fitbit says I have the new version but the app says it's the old version. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again. I have turned my phone off, turned my Fitbit off nothing is working. This is really starting to get on my nerve. Haven't had problems like this with any of my fitbits in the past 😞

Are the challenges running in your timezone?

It is only the steps down sitting the time the the challange is running.

Frequently in in challange a that start +- my time by 6 or more hours.

The challange was started by an Australian and I'm in the states.

The challange starts for him Sunday morning at midnight, for me it starts Saturday morning at 10am. My challange day would be Saturday 10am to Sunday 10am.

Now if i start the challange for him it won't start untill 14:00, or 2pm, he has been walking all day but it is only the steps after 2pm that count.

Welcome to the Community @Mishymoo. @SunsetRunner and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by! Woman Wink These are some things that might be causing this inconvenience:

1. Your steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).
2. You manually logged an activity. Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
4. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone.

I recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.

Catch you later. Woman Happy
