Having problem with the Fitbit charge two saying it hasn't sync since 12/09/17 and have tried to sync it since and it won't. What do I do to fix this

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

Thanks SteveH for your help am all sorted out now and watch is syncing again with phone
