I picked up my FitBit today after a holiday break. It is stuck on January 1st. It is logging my steps on January 1st not the 4th (today) I have tried resetting and logging out of the app. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hi @JennMcAllister and welcome to the Community! I'd recommend:

-Restarting your tracker.

-Reboot your iOS device.

-Open the Fitbit App > click the account button in the bottom right-hand corner > click advanced settings > and make sure that you either have set-automatically or manually input your timezone.
-Force sync your tracker.

If the troubleshoots above don't help, I'd recommend reaching out to customer support to take a closer look. Click here for their contact information.

Hope this helps you out!
