Fitbit device and app aren't working

My fitbit is not working. 
Additionally, I deleted and then redownloaded the app on my iPhone. I cannot log into it. I have done it several times and I just can't access my account on the app. Is anyone else experiencing this? Suggestions for fixing it?

I moved your post from the on-line Fitbit.com dashboard forum to the iOS platform forum since you are having problems with the app, not the on-line dashboard. You are more likely to get help here.

Also, please let us know which Fitbit device you have.

@SunsetRunner Thanks for sharing these details and the steps tried on your own. As our friend mentioned, could you confirm the model of your device? Also provide us with more details of the issue so we can help you out.

Regarding the Fitbit app, I'd suggest the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  2. Open the Fitbit app and try logging one more time
  3. Once you're in, pull down on the screen to force a manual sync
