Fitbit device won't stay connected to iPhone's Bluetooth

Why does my FB Tracker lose Bluetooth connection 3-6 times a day? Then I follow the instructions - “Forget this device” and then “Pair” when prompted. is this normal, or is there something wrong with my Fitbit inspire 3 or pairing device (iPhone XR)

This same issue started yesterday for me with my Versa 3 and iPhone 12. Every time I go in to look at my stats it says Fitbit would like to pair with my iPhone. So frustrating.

Same for me with iPhone 13 Pro and versa 3. I was so frustated but after I tryed to do factory reset directly on versa 3, plus delete every pairing on iPhone and deleting Fitbit app.  And it worked fine!!!!
